NRS have an extensive training academy which specialises in all aspects of training within the industrial, manufacturing, food and logistic sectors.
Our training can be tailored to integrate your branding within the recruitment process to mirror your recruitment process. This can be used to give candidates a good first impression of your company`s values and working systems and best Health & Safety practices.
Health & Safety training is given to all NRS candidates. Within this process all PPE is supplied and implemented as a company standard.
All training cards are available on our FLO management system on all candidate files accessible by all on site and office based NRS management team.
All of our candidates are required to take a health and safety course before they start on any NRS sites. A pass rate of 100% has to be achieved before any candidates are given assignments by NRS.
NRS candidates that fall under 100% are given the opportunity to retrain, we see this as an investment into the future candidates we supply. In doing this we get loyalty and make every candidate feel part of the NRS team.
