NRS was established 5 years ago by Managing Director Nick Berry who felt that the industry needed some radical changes and most importantly of all a BETTER SERVICE to clients and candidates. NRS is independently owned with over 50 years combined experience within the industry. Our Head Office based in Northampton and we have regional recruitment centres based in Burton Latimer and Corby. Our team of dedicated managers and consultants service the whole of the UK from central location. With an emphasis on good old-fashioned recruitment, while listening to your needs and adapting our services to suit your requirements, we offer a unique service. We also offer a personnel consulting service through our Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), trained consultants. We were recently awarded a licence from The Gangmasters Licensing Authority, which was set up to curb the exploitation of workers in the agriculture, horticulture and associated food processing and packaging industries. We now supply major blue chip food manufacturers.
